Long-Term Account Cost Model
Long-term accounts are intended for auxiliary organization employees (Foundation, ASI, Continuing Education, Parking, and Housing) and organizations. Authorized organizations are provided one organizational account as a University baseline service but may request additional accounts on a cost recovery basis at the rate defined below. University auxiliary organizations may also request organizational accounts, in addition to their individual accounts, through their designated representative.

- Contact the ITS Service Desk to obtain forms for long-term accounts.
Costs
- Auxiliary Annual Fee: $50
- Organizational Annual Fee: $45 (Electronic Calendaring is not available)
