Your Cal Poly account and password act as a key to many online services offered by the University such as Email, Calendar, WiFi, PolyLearn, and administrative tools.
Visit the Admissions Access Help site to activate your account.
- New Students, Faculty, or Staff
Call or visit the Service Desk at (805) 756-7000 to request a temporary password.
- Applicants, Students, Faculty, and Staff
These accounts are automatically created for all people officially associated with the University.
These accounts are used to request a new account for an individual who is not officially associated with the University. These accounts must be paid for by the sponsoring Cal Poly organization. To request an account, enter a Technical Service Request.
- Department/Service Accounts
These accounts are used to request an organizational account for University departments, units, or services. To request an account, enter a Technical Service Request.
