Pinnacle v6 Telephone Billing Software

ITS upgraded the campus telephone billing system (Pinnacle) on April 18, 2009. The former system was nearing end-of-life for product support and the upgrade will ensure enhanced service reliability and security.

The biggest change with the new system is that all billing will be available online. This means the campus will be "going green" by providing your monthly phone bills to you online. You will be able to access and print only what you need, and be able to see it earlier in the month as you won't have to wait for us to print and distribute bills campus-wide.
