Setting your Search Preferences in SRS



If you would like to always run a specific Saved Search (ex. Assigned to My Teams Open) when navigating to a specific tab, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the HOME tab, and click the Preferences Tab.
  2. Select the radio button for: Show results of my last executed search.
  3. Click Finish.


By setting this preference, once you navigate to a SRS Tab, the last search you performed (ex. Assigned to My Teams Open) will always run.

NOTE: You will need to set your Saved Search on each tab, as the default is to show you All Cases under that tab.
