The New Service Request System



Information Technology Services has replaced the Remedy ticketing system with a hosted solution offered by the vendor, EnterpriseWizard.

The new Service Request System (SRS) went live on Monday, May 19, 2008. Please enter all new service requests into this system.

The Site Licensed Software System is also now hosted on the SRS system.

Email confirmation messages sent by the SRS system will arrive from the following addresses:

Service Request Tickets: srs-svcrequest
Account Request Tickets: srs-account
Account Task Ticket: srs-accounttask
Confidential Tickets: srs-abuse
Software Request Tickets: srs-svcrequest

Remedy is no longer available.

To access the Service Request System, log on to the Cal Poly Portal.

Portal Navigation:

  1. On the Main Portal Tab
  2. Under the Single Click Access to ... Section
  3. Click the Go button next to Service Request.
