Getting Started

Welcome to Office 365!  Below is some information to get you started in Office 365.

Logging into Office 365

Log into Office 365 via the Cal Poly Portal.  Click on the Email & Calendar link listed in the Single Click Links.

Setting Preferences

  1. After logging to Office 365, click on the Gear in the top left corner of Office 365. 
  2. Select Options from the drop down list which will display General, Mail, and Calendar Preferences. 
  3. Click on the triangle to left of a preference category to expand the list of preferences.  Below is information on setting specific preferences. 

To switch between the different components of Office 365, click on the   App Launcher in the top left corner of the window and select another app.

To view the Office 365 Help information, click on the in top right corner of Office 365.
