Remedy System Replacement
Attention:
The Remedy System has been replaced by the new Service Request System (SRS).
To Access the SRS system:
Please log into the Cal Poly Portal (http://my.calpoly.edu)
Portal Navigation:
- On the Main Portal Page.
- Under the Single Click Access section.
- Click the Go button next to Service Request.
Once the ticket is created, you will receive a confirmation email from the SRS System when your case is entered.
NOTE: All new tickets will be created in the Service Request System, but old cases will still be processed within Remedy until 6/15/08 when it is decommissioned.
