Audio Conference Rooms
Cal Poly Information Technology Services has four general purpose conference rooms for audio conference calling.

Building 010, Room 241 (24 capacity)

Building 026, Room 109 (16 capacity)

Building 026, Room 205 (12 capacity)

Building 047, Room 24B (20 capacity)
These rooms are equipped with the following:

1 analog telephone line.

1 analog telephone with a standard speakerphone.
To reserve a Polycom Conference Phone please contact Media Distribution Services at 805.756.7198.
Any off campus calls made from these locations will require a Telephone Authorization Code. Please complete an online Service Request to request your Telephone Authorization code. Allow 72 hours for processing.
These general purpose rooms will not be able to receive incoming calls from off campus locations. The audio conferencing rooms are scheduled as Resources in the Zimbra Email/Calendar system.
