Directory and Updates
Directory information for faculty, staff, students, clubs and organizational units is available through the Cal Poly Directory Information and is updated nightly.
- Updates to employee contact information (phone, FAX, building/room) for faculty and staff can be submitted by telephone coordinators to the ITS Service Desk by completing a Directory Update Form.
- Updates to clubs and organizational units can be made via the My Cal Poly portal > My Apps > Technical Service Request > Account Request > Request Type: Account Modification. After you fill out the required fields, click on the Save button at the bottom of the page. If you need assistance filling out the request, please contact the Service Desk at (805) 756-7000 or email@example.com.
Exceptions to listing a campus landline as a main contact number will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please provide the reason in the comments section of the Directory Update Form.
Important: The Cal Poly Directory obtains information from various campus feeds. Please contact the respective HR department for updates or corrections.
