Tracking Document Status

Determining the Status of Your Document

To determine where your document is in the signing process, access your DocuSign account, as described previously, and follow these steps.

Step Example

1. Select Documents to view the status of all your documents.

2. Select Waiting for Others to view only those documents with signatures pending.

3. Select the document title to view a detailed status.

4. You will be presented with a list of recipients with the current signing status indicated for each recipient.

Changing Email Notification Settings

You can opt-out of email notifications triggered when the document signing process is completed.

Step Example

1. Click on the profile picture in the top right.

2. Select My Preferences.

3. Select Notifications.

4. Uncheck A document that I have signed is completed. This setting is located under Recipient Notifications.

5. Select Save.
