How to Download and Install Office 2016
The instructions below describe how to download the free Office 2016 Suite to your computer:
- Log onto My Cal Poly portal.
- Select the Email & Calendar tab under your Single Click Links.
- Select the Settings gear in the top right-hand corner of the window.
- Under Settings, select "Software."
- Select "Install" under the section labeled "Install Office 365 ProPlus with the new 2016 apps."
Follow the installation instructions and the Office applications will begin to download.
