OneDrive is a component of the Cal Poly Office 365 suite and provides 1 TB (terabyte) of cloud storage.  OneDrive allows users to upload and share files, in addition to creating and editing Office documents via a web browser, mobile apps, or desktop apps.  It also features the ability to co-author documents in real-time and provides automatic versioning and document history.

All students, staff, faculty and emeritus have OneDrive accounts.

OneDrive is not to be used to store Level 1 data.

Getting Started

  1. Login to OneDrive through the Cal Poly Portal. Under My Apps, click on OneDrive.
