OneDrive is a component of the Cal Poly Office 365 suite and provides 1 TB (terabyte) of cloud storage. OneDrive allows users to upload and share files, in addition to creating and editing Office documents through a Web browser. It also features the ability to co-author documents in real-time and provides automatic versioning and document history.
All students, staff, faculty, and emeritus have OneDrive accounts.
If an Affiliate needs a OneDrive account, the request should be noted when submitting an Affiliate Request Form through the Service Desk SRS system.
Access OneDrive through the My Cal Poly portal > My Apps menu.
