Telephone Repair Service

If you are experiencing difficulty with your line, equipment or features, please complete our on-line report service trouble form located here or call 6-7000, from off-campus call (805) 756-7000.

In many instances, the trouble can be quickly resolved. However, if we are unable to resolve the problem remotely, we will dispatch a technician to your location within one (1) working day. Most problems are corrected within two (2) working days from the receipt of your call.

We have found that as many as 50% of all repair calls are resolved by simple tests and adjustments you can perform yourself by using the Telephone Troubleshooting Checklist below. We recommend that you investigate the following possible solutions before calling Telecommunication Services, 6-7000.
